Personal synopsis - Guy Covins Aged 44, married with two children and lives in Worcestershire. Has spent over 20 years working in the IT industry, in a variety of marketing roles. Previously employed by ICL (now Fujitsu) as the Marketing Programmes Manager responsible for the development and implementation of the company's Government Marketing Communications programme. For the last eleven years has worked as a freelance marketing copywriter, specialising in the IT industry and covering a broad range of technologies and industries. Based on his work with clients was made a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing (FIDM) in 2004 and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) in 2007. |
